The process of purchasing your new home at The Colony is easy.

Simply contact any of the five First Weber Colony Team agents. We will describe the project, the timeline for completion and the amenities. Then we will make an appointment for you to visit The Colony design center adjacent to our Capitol Corridor office at 222 West Washington on the first floor. Complimentary parking is available in the building; access parking on Henry Street. During your visit, we will show you The Colony design book, which includes all of the standard fixtures, kitchens, cabinets, finishes, appliances and flooring, many of the options available to the buyer.

After you have gotten acquainted with the project, we will reserve a selected home for you with a simple, refundable reservation fee. This will give you a chance to make sure The Colony is right for you without losing the chance to own the preferred unit. After twenty days, you may go ahead with the signing of the Offer To Purchase.

When the new building is “topped off” which is to say that the exterior is substantially finished, then buyers will put down the balance of 5% of the home’s cost; no additional funds are required until closing. This simple and low risk process means you are on your way to owning a beautiful new home at The Colony!

As part of the buying process, designer Amy Radspinner, who is responsible for the interior design selection, will spend up to four hours with each buyer, giving advice on selections, color and other options for you to consider. You will also be encouraged to visit our selected vendors including DreamKitchens and Floor 360.

Our team has designed this process to be simple and fun, and we will work with you to facilitate rewarding results as you move into your new condominium home at The Colony.
