The construction of The Colony has been completed, and the model is open. Condominium homes are ready for your design selections and can be completed for move-in in under two months from the time of your accepted offer.!

Our model unit is located at 621 East Mifflin, one of The Colony's first-floor condominium homes with it's own private entrance. The model is finished in standard selections, and our sales team can also give you a tour of other units in the building. Model hours are Th 4-6, Fr 4-6, Sa 12-3, Su 12-3 or by appointment.
